Project Sales staff : Pattaya(4 positions) Qualification:- ·  Female (Thai Nationality) ·  Aged over 25 years old ·  Having experience in sales, leasing, service apartment or customer service in property business ·  Willing to be a team player and support colleagues alike ·  Able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets within a dynamic sales team ·  Pleasant personality and smart appearance ·  Good people skills ·  Good command of spoken & written English and computer literacy ·  Service minded and ambitious JD OF Sales-Project You will report to the Management and Sales Manager and be responsible for supporting all agency functions within the Company.In addition, you will be responsible for: · Assisting the Management and Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective marketing programs for key residential clients and assignments; · Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their associates; · Building and maintaining strong relationships with all team; · Receiving incoming enquiries, dealing with them quickly and efficiently;
